発明の概要(英語) Provided are a hydrophilic polyamide and polyimide having unique properties, such as heat resistance, of polyamide and polyimide. According to the present invention, a polymer compound is characterized by having a repeating unit represented by general formula (1) (in formula (1), M1 and M2 each independently represent any one selected from a hydrogen atom, a monovalent metal atom, an alkaline earth metal atom, and an ammonium ion (excluding the case in which both M1 and M2 are a hydrogen atom), X1 and X2 represent an organic group, m and n each independently represent the number of substituents, Z1 represents a carbonyl group which may have a hydrogen atom or a substituent, Z2 represents a hydrocarbon group which may have a substituent, Z3 represents a carbonyl group which may have a hydrogen atom or a substituent, and when Z1 or Z3 is a carbonyl group which may have a substituent, Z1 or Z3 each independently can form a cyclic structure with Z2.)
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Is a polymer material such as polyimide and polyamide, electrical engineering, electronic engineering fields such as engineering or space which is widely used in high-performance plastic, the need is extremely large. In the prior art, these polymer materials can be, in almost all the composite from the raw material for the petroleum, the demand for these is enlarged, and low carbon and a reduction in the opposed directions.
On the other hand, naturally occurring raw materials are used in bio-plastic polymeric material, unlike the bio-fuel, carbon dioxide which are expected to be long-term fixed, low-carbon and its implementation is considered to greatly contribute to, the production cost and the great problem. According to another aspect of this is, even if the increase of the cost may be a biomolecule, a material having high added value such as a superengineering if, in terms of cost-effective and satisfactory, can be spread in a wide variety of potential social will have. Based on this viewpoint, the inventors of the present invention, in the naturally occurring 4-amino cinnamic acid dimer of the raw material to prepare a polyamide or polyimide, polyamide or polyimide to the shown excellent heat resistance, high tensile strength, high transparency, a wide area of the polymer material found useful as a, previously reported (Patent Document 1 and 2).
In addition, polyimide has a rigid structure, hardly-soluble in water and an organic solvent the disadvantage of a low formability is shown. Therefore, to improve moldability and development of polyimide has been provided (Patent Document 3 and 4).
