Title METHOD FOR PRODUCING MICROCAPSULES OR BEADS
Abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method which is for producing capsules or beads, and which is highly versatile and achieves high production efficiency and high encapsulation efficiency of a substance to be encapsulated. The present invention pertains to a method for producing microcapsules or beads, the method being characterized by comprising: a step for placing, on a flat surface, polymer droplets or monomer droplets that contain a to-be-encapsulated substance and that have respective surfaces being coated with a plurality of solid particles; and a step for forming, in each of the capsules or beads, an outer shell part by solidifying, in a gaseous phase, the polymer droplets or the monomer droplets placed on the flat surface, and forming regions enclosed by the respective outer shell parts, wherein the regions have the substance encapsulated therein.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Agricultural, industrial, medical in each field, agricultural chemicals, adhesives, ink, heat storage material, containing the pharmaceuticals and the like having a diameter of several mm to several tens of micro-capsules or beads µm, improvements in handling, protection from the external environment of the material included in the release of the material and included in order to allow control of the used.

However, the method described in Patent Document 4, significant improvement in efficiency is seen therein, the flat material can be disposed on the liquid droplet rolls might be combined for each other, droplets placed on the flat material at a high density is difficult, the production efficiency is lowered and is, further, the droplet is placed on the plate material, so that the droplets wet and spread over the liquid repellency must have, as a method for producing a low degree of freedom which is problematic.
Scope of claims (In Japanese)[請求項1]
 表面を複数の固体微粒子で被覆した、内包物質を含むモノマー液滴又はポリマー液滴を平面上に配置する工程と、平面上に配置した前記モノマー液滴又は前記ポリマー液滴を気相中で固化することによりカプセル又はビーズの外殻部を形成するとともに、前記外殻部によって囲まれる領域を形成する工程とを含み、前記領域には前記内包物質が内包されることを特徴とする、微小カプセル又はビーズの製造方法。

 前記外殻部によって囲まれる前記領域は複数あり、それぞれの前記領域に前記内包物質が内包されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズの製造方法。

 前記微小カプセル又は前記ビーズから固体微粒子を除去する工程をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズの製造方法。

[請求項4]
 平面上に配置した前記モノマー液滴を気相中で固化する工程が、前記モノマー液滴を平面上で重合することを含み、平面上に配置した前記ポリマー液滴を気相中で固化する工程が、前記ポリマー液滴中の溶媒を除去することを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズの製造方法。

 前記モノマーが(メタ)アクリレート、スチレン系モノマー及びジビニルベンゼンから選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項4に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズの製造方法。

 ポリマーからなる外殻部と、前記外殻部によって囲まれた領域に内包される内包物質とからなる微小カプセル又はビーズ。

[請求項7]
 前記外殻部によって囲まれる前記領域は複数あり、それぞれの前記領域に前記内包物質が内包されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズ。

[請求項8]
 前記外殻部の厚みが略均一であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズ。

[請求項9]
 前記ポリマーが、(メタ)アクリレート、スチレン系モノマー及びジビニルベンゼンから選ばれる少なくとも1種のモノマーから形成されたポリマーである、請求項6に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズ。

[請求項10]
 前記外殻部の表面には微粒子が付着していないことを特徴とする、請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズ。

[請求項11]
 前記外殻部の表面には微粒子を除去した痕跡が残存していることを特徴とする、請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の微小カプセル又はビーズ。
