Abstract The present invention provides a two-drug type local injection solution for submucosal injection comprising: (i) an aqueous polysaccharide solution containing at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium alginate, carrageenan, and gellan gum; and (ii) a saline solution containing at least one cation selected from the group consisting of sodium ions and calcium ions, wherein, when the polysaccharide is sodium alginate, the cation includes calcium ions.

多糖類がアルギン酸ナトリウムであり、塩類水溶液がカルシウムイオンを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の2剤型粘膜下注入用局注液。

多糖類がカラギーナン又はジェランガムであり、塩類水溶液がナトリウムイオン又はカルシウムイオンを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の2剤型粘膜下注入用局注液。

カラギーナンがκ-カラギーナン及び/又はι-カラギーナンを含む、請求項1~3及び5のいずれか1項に記載の2剤型粘膜下注入用局注液。

内視鏡的粘膜切除術(EMR)又は内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術(ESD)に使用するための、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の2剤型粘膜下注入用局注液。

アルギン酸ナトリウム、カラギーナン及びジェランガムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む多糖類水溶液の、2剤型粘膜下注入用局注液製造のための使用。
