In addition, in selected area electron diffraction, a spot belonging to either the orthorhombic crystal system or the hexagonal crystal system and exhibiting single crystal symmetry is observed..
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Conventionally, the carbon six-membered ring in the structure of graphene, other elements other than carbon is introduced into the hetero element-containing graphene has attracted attention.
