Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
In recent years, organic field effect transistor or organic thin film solar cell, an organic semiconductor device of an organic electroluminescence or the like have become popular. The organic semiconductor device, the thin-film and large area, excellent in flexibility such that the inorganic semiconductor devices. On the other hand, the organic semiconductor device, such as carrier mobility and the conversion efficiency of the semiconductor characteristics of the inorganic semiconductor devices generally poor. Therefore, these can improve the semiconductor characteristics of the study of the organic semiconductor material, which has been actively developed.
Compound is used as the organic semiconductor material, carrier mobility in order to improve the packing and the like, high planarity of the desired skeleton. The organic compound used as the semiconductor material, 6 to 5 membered ring or six-membered ring which is fuzed to a π-conjugated compound having the skeleton has been proposed (for example, JP-1-3).
