Abstract This joined body of a metal and a resin material has a configuration in which a plating film with a rough-surfaced structure is disposed on a surface of the metal, and the metal and the resin material are joined integrally with the plating film with the rough-surfaced structure interposed therebetween. A composite plating film of carbon nanotubes or a plating film with a random thin-plate structure can be used as the plating film with the rough-surfaced structure. Provided is the joined body of a metal and a resin material that can increase the joining strength in the joined body of the metal and the resin material, can suppress deterioration of the joining strength even if the joined body suffers repeated thermal stress, and has high durability.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
Is an assembly of a metal and a resin material, electrical, electronic products in various industrial or motor vehicle, has been widely used as the structural material. Of the bonded structure of the metal and the resin material as an example of, for example, metal such as carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) of the bonded structure of the new material, as compared with a metal material, and light in weight, and high specific strength, heat resistance and is excellent in terms of an advantage. However, a resin material and the bonded structure is a metal, a metal and a resin material and is greatly different from the coefficient of thermal expansion, bonding strength with respect to the thermal history, there is a problem in bonding durability.
And a resin member of metal to improve the strength of the bonded body as a method, the metal to the bonding surface and the surface is roughened, and a resin member may be integrated with the metal by a method of improving bonding strength has been proposed. Provided on the surface of metal using a rough surface (unevenness) of the metal and the resin material is improved by integrating the reason why the bonding strength, the adhesion area of the metal and the resin material can be enlarged, and a resin member of a metal according to the anchor effect between the two.

 金属の表面に、粗面構造のめっき膜が設けられ、
 前記金属と樹脂材とが、前記粗面構造のめっき膜を介して一体に接合されてなることを特徴とする金属と樹脂材との接合体。

 前記金属の表面に下地めっき膜が設けられ、該下地めっき膜の上に前記粗面構造のめっき膜が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。

[請求項3]
 前記下地めっき膜がストライクめっき膜であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。

[請求項4]
 前記粗面構造のめっき膜として、カーボンナノチューブの複合めっき膜が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。

[請求項5]
 前記粗面構造のめっき膜として、ランダム薄板構造のめっき膜が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。

[請求項6]
 前記ランダム薄板構造のめっき膜が、カーボンナノチューブがめっき膜に取り込まれたランダム薄板構造のめっき膜であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。

[請求項7]
 前記ランダム薄板構造のめっき膜が、該ランダム薄板構造のめっき膜を構成するめっき金属とは異なる金属により、さらにめっきされてなることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。

[請求項8]
 前記ランダム薄板構造のめっき膜が、粒状の粗面構造を備えるめっき膜として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5~7のいずれか一項記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。

[請求項9]
 前記ランダム薄板構造のめっき膜が、銅からなることを特徴とする請求項5~8のいずれか一項記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。

[請求項10]
 前記樹脂材が、炭素繊維強化プラスチックであることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか一項記載の金属と樹脂材との接合体。
