Abstract The present invention provides a solid electrolyte, for all-solid sodium batteries, which is represented by a formula: Na3-xSbS4-xAx (in the formula, A is selected from among F, Cl, Br, I, NO3, BH4, BF4, PF6, ClO4, BH4, CF3SO3, (CF3SO2)2N, (C2F5SO2)2N, (FSO2)2N, and [B(C2O4)2], and x satisfies 0 < x < 3).
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
In recent years, electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles and the like of the vehicle, the solar cell, such as wind power generation apparatus or the like, to store the power demand of a lithium ion battery is increased. However, the lithium-ion battery, a small amount of deposits, and the output destination in order to use the lithium is unevenly distributed, instead of lithium, sodium-rich amount of resources has been proposed to use. Further, from the viewpoint of securing safety, without the use of liquid electrolyte, solid electrolyte in the all-solid sodium battery used has been studied actively. There is a solid electrolyte, the all-solid sodium battery discharge capacity from the viewpoint of improving physical properties such as, higher ionic conductivity has been demanded. In particular all-solid-state sodium secondary battery, charge and discharge capacity, from the viewpoint of improving the physical properties of the cycle numbers, the higher the ionic conductivity of solid electrolyte which has been obtained. Non-Patent Document 1, A. Banerjee et al., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 55 (2016) 9634.(from this point of view) and H. Wang et al., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 55 (2016) 9551.(Non-Patent Document 2) is, Na3SbS4 indicates a high ionic conductivity, in addition, the atmosphere stability have been reported.

で表される全固体ナトリウム電池用の固体電解質。

[請求項2]
 前記Aが、F、Cl、Br及びIから選択される請求項1に記載の全固体ナトリウム電池用の固体電解質。

[請求項3]
 前記xは、Na 3SbS 4よりも大きいイオン伝導度を示す固体電解質を提供し得る範囲を示す請求項1に記載の全固体ナトリウム電池用の固体電解質。

[請求項4]
 前記AがClであり、前記xが0.01~0.12である請求項1に記載の全固体ナトリウム電池用の固体電解質。

[請求項5]
 前記AがBrであり、前記xが0.01~0.12である請求項1に記載の全固体ナトリウム電池用の固体電解質。

[請求項6]
 正極及び負極と、正極と負極間に位置する固体電解質層とを備え、
 前記固体電解質層が、請求項1に記載の固体電解質を含む層である全固体ナトリウム電池。

[請求項7]
 前記正極が金属硫化物を正極活物質として、前記負極がNa合金を負極活物質として、それぞれ含む請求項6に記載の全固体ナトリウム電池。
