発明の概要(英語) Provided is a system for artificially inducing and controlling "tissue interactions" among a plurality of tissues. This construct transplantable to a living organism, has a structure and a cell mass linked together, wherein the structure is an object having a three-dimensional structure, and can mimic or simulate a structure and/or function of the living organism.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
Human, biology, regenerative medicine, drug evaluation in various fields such as, human organs and biological function similar to the three-dimensional structure 3 has created an artificial organoid (organ analog) is demanded in the art.

On the other hand, such a cell-cell interactions and use of the self induced, is becoming clear that the limit control. That is, the sheet structure and a fine capillary network such as the epithelial tissue structure can be artificially reconstructed but is, for example epithelial sheet structurally complex conduit structure and connected to, coupled to the capillary network of the facial arteriovenous or more thick the reconstruction of the large vasculature and the like have not been successful.
