発明の概要(英語) The present invention relates to an aluminum alloy material comprising: a base material made from an aluminum alloy containing at least one solute element; and a coating film formed on at least one surface of the base material and containing aluminum oxide hydroxide (AlO(OH)). In a profile obtained by the X-ray diffraction from the coating film side of the aluminum alloy material of the present invention, n diffraction peaks coming from at least one compound containing the solute element and one diffraction peak coming from aluminum oxide hydroxide are observed, and at least one diffraction peak coming from a compound which satisfies the requirement represented by the formula: 1.4 ≤ Xn/S is also observed, wherein Xn represents the peak intensity of each of the n diffraction peaks coming from the above-mentioned compound and S represents the peak intensity of the diffraction peak of aluminum oxide hydroxide.
従来技術、競合技術の概要(英語) BACKGROUND ART
An aluminum-aluminum alloy, and are lighter than steel material, as compared with organic materials such as resin on a high stiffness, such as recyclable in a number of advantages. Therefore, in recent years, a steel material such as a vehicle or aircraft to an alternative configuration of the means of transport are also often used as a material.
For a relatively low melting point aluminum alloy, and the usage environment of the applications described above can be said that the high temperature environment. Therefore, corrosion due to oxidation of the surface of the aluminum alloy material are concerned. Aluminum is left in the air and a natural oxide film is generated by passivation, the thickness of the natural oxide film because of a few nanometers, extreme moisture, or an acid or alkali in an environment prone to corrosion. Therefore, conventionally, in order to improve the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy of the surface treatment method has been studied. At present, depending on the use environment, the alumite treatment, and plating processing in addition to the boehmite treatment, a phosphoric acid chromate treatment, chromate treatment with chromic acid, and zinc phosphate treatment, chromate treatment and non-chemical conversion treatment has been known. In these various chemical conversion treatment, acid or alkali such as H2SO4, the treatment liquid containing ions of heavy metals such as Cr, the workpiece is brought into contact with the aluminum alloy, the alloy was immersed in a surface to form a sacrificial film.
The above-mentioned surface treatment techniques such as chemical treatment or the like in the, or a waste liquid processing of the specific procurement of the processing solution for the problem of an increase in cost and the problem that the load on the environment. Therefore, more efficiently than the above-described chemical conversion treatment of the environmental load is smaller as the surface treatment method, the surface of the water vapor is applied to a signal processing technique is drawing attention (Patent Document 1). Also the present inventors, in order to improve the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy material, the predetermined temperature range of water vapor into contact with the surface of the alloy to the surface of the processing method are disclosed. Such aluminum alloy material in a water vapor treatment, the surface of the aluminum hydroxide oxide (AlO (OH) ) film is formed as a main component, the corrosion resistance is improved by the action of the anticorrosive coating film.
In addition, the present inventors in Patent Document 2 by a steam treatment of the aluminum alloy material, in addition to improved corrosion resistance by the film formation, the substrate can improve the strength of the aluminum alloy can be confirmed. In a steam treatment, the temperature and pressure of water vapor in contact with the substrate can be optimized, the base material composed of solute elements contained in the aluminum alloy precipitates by adjusting the grain size distribution, thereby improving the strength of the substrate.
