Abstract An objective of the present invention is to provided transformants of various species that depend on phosphorous acid for growth, and a method using said transformants to detect the presence or absence of reduced phosphorous compounds. The present invention uses a transformant in which the function of genes that code phosphoric acid transporter proteins and phosphoric acid ester transporter proteins is missing, and into which a gene that codes hypophosphite transporter proteins has been introduced, the signal peptides of the hypophosphite binding proteins being replaced with signal peptides of the host or a species closely related to the host.
Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
In recent years, the use of a wide variety of such transgenic organism can be applied to the fabricated thereon. Genetically engineered organism is made, for example, oral vaccine, or, for the purpose of improvement of the environment is expected to be used.
On the other hand, in order to actually use the genetically engineered biological, some condition.  リン酸輸送体タンパク質をコードする遺伝子、および、リン酸エステル輸送体タンパク質をコードする遺伝子の機能を欠損し、かつ、次亜リン酸輸送体タンパク質をコードする遺伝子が導入されていることによって、リン酸を増殖に利用できず、かつ、亜リン酸を増殖に利用することができ、
 上記次亜リン酸輸送体タンパク質では、当該次亜リン酸輸送体タンパク質の構成要素の1つである次亜リン酸結合タンパク質のシグナルペプチドが、宿主あるいは宿主に近縁な生物種に由来するシグナルペプチドに置換されている、形質転換体。

 更に、亜リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼタンパク質をコードする遺伝子が導入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形質転換体。

[請求項3]
 更に、アルカリホスファターゼタンパク質をコードする遺伝子の機能が欠損していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の形質転換体。

[請求項4]
 上記形質転換体が、原核生物の形質転換体であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の形質転換体。

[請求項5]
 上記形質転換体が、シアノバクテリアの形質転換体であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の形質転換体。

[請求項6]
 検出対象である培地中の還元型リン化合物の有無の検出方法であって、
 請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の形質転換体を、検出対象である培地を用いて培養する培養工程と、
 上記培養工程における上記形質転換体の増殖の有無を検出する検出工程と、を有することを特徴とする還元型リン化合物の有無の検出方法。
