Outline of related art and contending technology BACKGROUND ART
The lithium composite oxide, a lithium secondary battery used as a positive electrode active material. The lithium secondary battery, such as a portable telephone or notebook personal computer has been the size of the application has been put into practical use as a power source. And power storage applications such as automotive applications further medium, or large applied in a power source has been attempted.
