PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-miniaturizable machine electric conversion element and its manufacturing method, having low manufacturing cost, high heat resistance and high operation stability.
SOLUTION: A microphone capsule has a constitution equipped with a vibrator (diaphragm) 14 comprising a conductor having a flat vibration surface; a dielectric polarization plate 13 defined by the first flat main plane facing to the vibration surface of the vibrator (diaphragm) 14 and the second main plane facing in parallel to the first flat main plane, and having an aligned polarization direction; a back electrode 12 bonded to the second main plane of the dielectric polarization plate 13; and an induced charge measuring means 21, 9 for measuring the charge induced following displacement of the vibration surface between the vibrator (diaphragm) 14 and the back electrode 12. In this case, the induced charge measuring means 21, 9 includes an amplifier (FET) 21 connected to the back electrode 12, and an output circuit 9 connected to the amplifier (FET) 21.
