PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic display and a method for presenting stereoscopic images, capable of presenting a natural and fine stereoscopic image.
SOLUTION: Coordinates Ps of an intersection CP1 between light Ln emitted from a projector 2 and a light control element 1, and coordinates Pe of an intersection CP2 between diffusion light of the light Ln and an annular view range 500 are calculated. A straight line L passing through the intersections CP1 and CP2 are calculated based on the coordinates Ps and Pe. Coordinates Pa of an intersection CP3 which is closest to the intersection CP2 out of intersections between a stereoscopic image 300 to be presented and the straight line L are calculated. Based on the calculated coordinates Pa and Pe, color to be presented from the intersection CP3 toward the intersection CP2 is calculated. The calculated color is set as the color of the light Ln.
