PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material which has high thermoelectric conversion efficiency, is applicable to a large area, and has flexibility adaptable to surfaces with various shapes.
SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion material comprises a plurality of conductive materials, and core-shell particles each including a conductive core part and an insulative shell part, and in which the plurality of conductive materials are at least partially bonded via the core-shell particles. In order to improve thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the thermoelectric conversion material, high conductivity, low thermal conductivity and the like are required. Since the plurality of conductive materials are partially bonded by the core-shell particles each including the insulative shell part and the conductive core part, local phonon (lattice vibration) reflection occurs by the insulative shell parts in the bonded region, thus thermal conductivity is reduced as a whole in the thermoelectric conversion material.
