PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an elastic conductive film of which conductivity has no large fluctuation even with extremely large elongation degree such as elongation percentage of over 100%.
SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing an elastic conductive film where a conductive film consisting of a carbon nanotube is formed on a surface of a base film 26 having elasticity, including a process for coating a transfer sheet 22 with a dispersant of a carbon nanotube, a process for coating the transfer sheet 22 with a dispersion of the carbon nanotube after coating with the dispersant, and a transfer process for transfer a thin film 24 of the carbon nanotube from the transfer sheet 22 to a base film 26.
