|(In Japanese)発明の名称||THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL|
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric material capable of obtaining a high output factor, and a manufacturing method of the thermoelectric material.
SOLUTION: The thermoelectric material uses an oxide having a spinel structure represented by AxCo3-xO4 (A is any element selected from the group consisting of Ni, Zn, Ag, Fe, Mn, Cu, Ca, Ti, V, Cr and (x) satisfies 0<x・0.7) and indicating p-type electric conductivity. The manufacturing method of the thermoelectric material includes the steps of: performing calcination treatment on a raw material in which a metal ion constituting the thermoelectric material is mixed in a predetermined blending ratio to obtain a sintered compact of a rock salt structure; and then performing anneal treatment, while defining a phase transition temperature from the rock salt structure to the spinel structure obtained by differential thermal analysis, at the phase transition temperature of -300K to +100K to obtain an oxide having the spinel structure.
