PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure and evaluate the dynamical characteristics of an object 1 to be measured without using any force sensors.
SOLUTION: A weight 3 is mounted to the object 1 to be measured, a mass-spring system with the object 1 to be measured as a spring element is composed, the mass-spring system is vibrated, inertial force operating on the weight 3 and the displacement of the weight 3 are measured, and the dynamical characteristics of the object to be measured are evaluated, on the basis of the inertial force and displacement. Additionally, the displacement speed of the weight 3 is measured by a light wave interferometer 6, the measured displacement speed of the weight 3 is differentiated for calculating inertial force from the determined acceleration, and the measured displacement speed of the weight is integrated for calculating the displacement of the weight 3.
