| Abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniaxial electric field sensor of a structure which can be connected in series by a cable. SOLUTION: Two electrode parts 3 each having an electrode are set on both sides inside a casing 2, and an electric field sensor amplification part 5 is arranged between the electrode parts 3. Water inlet ports 4 for respectively connecting the outside of the casing 2 with the electrode parts 3 are formed on a side peripheral face of the casing 2. Cable connection parts for setting the cable 9 are set at both ends of the casing 2. A potential difference of both electrodes obtained when the water outside the casing contacts the electrodes of the electrodes 3 through the water inlet ports 4 is measured and amplified by the electric field sensor amplification part 5. The measured value is outputted through the cable 9 to the outside of the casing 2. |

(In Japanese) 【請求項1】 筐体内にそれぞれ電極を有する2つの電極部を配置し、筐体外部と両電極部をそれぞれ連通する取水口を形成し、筐体外部の水が取水口を通じて両電極部の電極にそれぞれ接触することにより得られる両電極部の電位差を、筐体内に配置された電界センサ増幅部で測定・増幅し、その測定値をケーブルで筐体外部に導出するように構成した1軸電界センサにおいて、前記両電極部に対応する取水口を筐体の側周面にそれぞれ少なくとも1個形成し、筐体の両端部にケーブル接続部を設けたことを特徴とする1軸電界センサ。 |
