PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve parachute opening performance, and to improve drag performance and rotational performance by arranging weights in respective parts of a connecting part of an outside edge pitch line and an inclined pitch line of a parachute edge part or the vicinity.
SOLUTION: Weights 8 are arranged in a parachute edge part 12 of a rotary panel 1. The weights 8 are arranged in the vicinity of a connecting part of an outside edge pitch line 3 and an inclined pitch line 4, that is, in the four corners of the parachute edge part 12. According to this constitution, since the weights 8 are arranged in the parachute edge part 12, when opening a parachute, centrifugal force strongly acts by the action of these weights 8, so that parachute opening performance becomes excellent. Opening of the parachute becomes large by the centrifugal force, and since the projected area of the rotary panel 12 becomes large, so that drag performance and rotational performance can be improved. Since a center panel is not required, the housing volume can also be reduced.
