PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a phenomenon of turning up a parachute edge part in the inside direction by being pushed by wind by enlarging the size of a side part of a windward side parachute edge part being the rotational directional front than the other side part.
SOLUTION: A height (a) of a rotational directional side side part 121 of a parachute edge part 12 is enlarged more than a height (b) of the other side part 122. The ratio (b/a) of the other side height (b) to the height (a) of such a windward side side part 121 is desirably set to about 0.90 to 0.80. When a difference between (a and b) is too large, there is the possibility of changing a pitch angle. While, when the difference is too small, there is the possibility unable to exhibit an effect. According to this constitution, since the windward side side part 121 of the parachute edge part 12 becomes longer than the other side part 122, air can be excellently taken in. Thus, turning-up of a rotary panel 1 can be minimized.
