Abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing crystalline particulate zinc alumino-phosphate ZAPO-5 and ZAPO-36 with high efficiency and high purity. SOLUTION: (1) A dry gel comprising a mixture composed of (i) a zinc oxide source, (ii) an aluminum oxide source, and (iii) a phosphorus oxide source is held at 90 to 200°C in the presence of steam and triethyl amine. (2) The dry gel comprising the mixture composed of (i) the zinc oxide source, (ii) the aluminum oxide source, (iii) the phosphorus oxide source, and (iv) the triethyl amine is held at 90 to 200°C in the presence of the steam. (3) The dry gel comprising the mixture composed of (i) the zinc oxide source, (ii) the aluminum oxide source and (iii) the phosphorus oxide source is held at 90 to 200°C in the presence of steam and tripropyl amine. |
