|発明の名称||LOW TEMPERATURE PLASMA STERILIZATION METHOD FOR LONG TUBE AND STERILIZATION APPARATUS|
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method of a long tube or the like using low temperature plasma and its apparatus which can completely destroy or eliminate microorganisms or germs attached to a surface and the inside of a tube of a long medical device having a thin pipe (the tubule) such as an endoscope as a typical example without increasing the temperature and being used by directly contacting with a hydrogen peroxide solution to corrode a metal.
SOLUTION: In a plasma reaction tube furnace to generate the low temperature plasma, an immersion water tube which is coaxial with the plasma reaction tube furnace is disposed, and in the immersion water tube filled with water, the medical device having the long tube such as the endoscope or the like is arranged by hanging. A low pressure boiling phenomenon of the water stored in the immersion water tube is generated by the vacuum of the plasma reaction tube furnace so that a stain of blood or the like attached to the inner wall of the long tube of the endoscope or the like is eliminated by the low pressure boiling phenomenon, and the germs such as the microorganisms or the like attached to the outer wall of the long tube can be sterilized or destroyed by the plasma irradiation.
