PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical radio communication system which is used for an optical radio LAN or optical interconnection which perform data transmission between a plurality of information devices distributed in a certain premises space of such as an office space, etc. using optical radio communication.
SOLUTION: The optical radio communication system is provided with optical transmitting/receiving terminals which convert an electrical signal to an optical signal, and optical radio base stations which perform transmitting/receiving the optical signal with the optical transmitting/receiving terminals. The optical transmitting/receiving terminals are provided with a light receiving means which comprises a plurality of light capturing parts which receive light signals from the optical radio base stations, a light volume detection means which detects input light volume in the every light capturing parts, a cognitive means which recognize a light receiving attitude of the optical transmitting/receiving terminals based on the light input volume for every light capturing parts, and a light receiving attitude correction means which corrects the receiving attitude of the optical transmitting/receiving terminals to the optimum receiving attitude; and the light capturing parts are characterized to have a first lens whose center axis is arranged in a different position from the center position of the receiving parts, viewed in a flat plane, of the receiving parts which collect the receiving light signals.
