PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a glued insulated joint rail, which can prevent the occurrence of poor insulation at low cost by simple work, and a manufacturing method for the joint structure, and a manufacturing method for the glued insulated joint rail.
SOLUTION: An adhesive material 12 is a member for being infilled into a gap between rails 2 and 3 and through-holes 2d, 3d, 4a and 5a of joint plates 4 and 5, and a tube 6. The adhesive material 12 is formed, for example, by heating and curing an adhesive sheet 12a of a molding intermediate material (prepreg) which is obtained by impregnating a nonwoven fabric of glass paper with a resin. The adhesive material 12 starts to be melted when heated in the state of being sandwiched between an adhesive material 11 and the joint plates 4 and 5, and intrudes into a gap between inner peripheral parts of the through-holes 2d, 3d, 4a and 5a and an outer peripheral part of the tube 6, so as to be infilled into the gap. Thus, the adhesive 12 can prevent rainwater from intruding into the gap, and can reduce the occurrence of the poor insulation between the rails 2 and 3 and a joint plate bolt 7.
