PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain a connection state for a long period of time without loosening a band body due to vibration or the like, in a joint device used for connecting a tubular body or a bar-like body including a cable mounting metal fitting and an insulating body compression metal fitting in a cable connection part such as, for example, CV cables or the like.
SOLUTION: In the joint device, recessed grooves 31, 91 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the end of the tubular body or the bar-like body connected with each other, a pair of half circle arc-shaped connecting metal fittings 20, 20 having inward protrusions 21, 22 engaged with the recessed grooves 31, 91 at both ends in the axial direction are arranged in a circular arc shape at the end outer periphery of the tubular body or the bar-like body, with their protrusions 21, 22 of the connecting metal fitting engaged with the recessed grooves 31, 91, and the lacked circular-shaped band body 10 holding both the connecting metal fittings is fitted and held by the outer periphery of both the connecting metal fittings. Folding parts 10a are formed at both ends of the lacked circular-shaped band body 10 and both the folding parts are engaged with and held by the engaging groove 25 which is formed on at least one outer peripheral surface of both the connecting metal fittings.
