|発明の名称||PROTON CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL USING GENERAL BURNED ASH AS RAW MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD|
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proton conductive material using general burned ash as a raw material, and its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: The general burned ash is a metal mixture mainly composed of calcium Ca. Phosphorous acid of 0.5 to 2.5 times of a theoretical amount required for making phosphate from the contained metal, is added to the above, and that is vitrified by thermal process at temperature of 800°C or more. The obtained metal phosphate glass is made into fine powder, and into hydrogel by adding water and being sustained at constant temperature and moisture. Furthermore, the gel is crystallized by exposing it into steam, and crystal of metal phosphate hydrogel mainly composed of calcium phosphate is obtained. This is the conductive material for this invention.
