Abstract	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which extracts energy from sludge, and recycles the sludge as soil with no environmental load. SOLUTION: In a sludge treatment method, sludge is subjected to granulation and primary solidification while dehydrating the sludge at ≤200°C, obtained granular solid matter is washed with water to remove salt and sulfur, and the granular solid matter is further subjected to secondary solidification at ≥350°C while extracting hydrocarbons, thereby obtaining detoxified soil. It is desirable that the temperature of the secondary solidification is adjusted to 500-600°C.
Outline of related art and contending technology	(In Japanese) 河川や湖沼、また、ダムなどに溜まっているヘドロは、その量が膨大であり、処理に困っていた。従来では、これを浚渫し適宜埋立て用の土として用いたり、セメントなどで固化したりしていた。また、ポリビニルアルコールのような樹脂と混合し固定化する方法も提案されている（特許文献1）。【特許文献1】特開2005－035868号【特許文献2】特願2005－022319号
Field of industrial application	(In Japanese) 本発明は、ヘドロ処理方法に関し、特に、土として再使用でき、また、燃料を抽出できるヘドロ処理方法に関する。
Scope of claims	(In Japanese) 【請求項1】ヘドロを200℃以下の温度で水分を飛ばしながら造粒しつつ一次固化し、得られた粒状固形物を水洗することにより除塩および脱硫し、さらに、その粒状固形物を350℃以上の温度で炭化水素を抽出しつつ二次固化して無害化土を得ることを特徴とするヘドロ処理方法。【請求項2】二次固化の温度を500℃～600℃としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヘドロ処理方法。【請求項3】ヘドロに活性汚泥を混合して一次固化することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のヘドロ処理方法。【請求項4】ヘドロと活性汚泥の混合物のうち、活性汚泥を乾燥重量にして10重量％～50重量％としたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のヘドロ処理方法。【請求項5】粒状固形物の大きさが略2mm～5mmの間になるように一次固化することを特徴とする請求項1～4のいずれか一つに記載のヘドロ処理方法。【請求項6】抽出した炭化水素を熱源または動力源として使用することを特徴とする請求項1～5のいずれか一つに記載のヘドロ処理方法。
