PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality evaluation method of an alcoholic beverage for measuring the quantitative data related to the alcohol concentration and quality of the alcoholic beverage.
SOLUTION: A complex specific inductive capacity being an electric constant is measured in a wide band with respect to the alcoholic beverage to perform the measurement of the concentration of the alcohol of the alcoholic beverage and the quantitative evaluation of the alcoholic beverage quality from the Cole-Cole plot of the complex specific inductive capacity. The measurement of the concentration of the alcohol of the alcoholic beverage, such as wine and the quantitative measurement of the quality of the alcoholic beverage are performed at the same time and a measuring time is thereby shortened. The error in the measuring result depending on the skill of a measuring person becomes small, with respect to the measurement of the concentration of the alcohol. A quantitative quality evaluation method is provided with respect to the quality evaluated heretofore by the organoleptic inspection of a sommelier, or the like.
