PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid enzyme sensor, capable of measuring the biomolecule discharged from the microregion of a cell directly under the cell with high sensitivity, at a high speed.
SOLUTION: The communication holes 14 formed to a silicon oxide film 13 are arranged directly under the cell 21, and an working electrode 17, made of platinum having a nanoporous structure, is formed so as to embed the communication holes 14, while a microreservoir 15 for storing an enzyme solution is arranged directly under the communication holes 14 and the working electrode 17. According to this constitution, the biomolecule discharged from the cell 21 that passed through the communication holes 14 and the working electrode 17 causes enzymatic reaction efficiently in the microreservoir 15, and the product accompanied by this enzymatic reaction can be detected by the electrode reaction in the working electrode 17.
