PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a floating position of an underwater moving body to the land or sea by radio wave.
SOLUTION: The transmitting device comprises a transmitting means T that includes an inner box 3 built in an outer frame 1 disposed on the moving body M, dissolution screws 2-1 to 2-4 for bonding a protective plate 4 used as a lid of the inner box 3 with the outer frame 1, a buoyancy body 5 that is stored in the inner box 3 and can float, a spring 6 for extruding the buoyancy body 5 to the outside, an aerial 7 for radiating radio wave between the buoyancy body 5 and the inner box 3, a power supply section 10 coming into an operation state when the buoyancy body is floated and/or water comes into the inner box, a DGPS receiver 12 for receiving GPS radio wave and beacon wave and outputting the DGPS position, and circuits 11 and 13 for outputting a signal for applying a self/other recognition signal to the DGPS position from the DGPS receiver 12 and transmitting it to the aerial 7. The transmitting device comprises a receiving means R that is arranged on the land or sea, receives the radio wave from the aerial 7 to an antenna 16, calculates the DGPS position of the moving body with a signal processor 17, and displays a result on a position display apparatus 18. When the moving body M moving under the sea floats onto the sea, the transmitting device specifies the position.
