PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body-inserted implement for a surgery support system with excellent operability for which the centroid position of the whole of a plurality of markers are brought close to the axial center of the body-inserted implement even when the plurality of markers are asymmetrically provided when providing the plurality of markers for position detection on the body-inserted implement to be used within the measurement range of a three-dimensional position measuring apparatus (especially, an optical type three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus).
SOLUTION: The body-inserted implement 36 is used within the measurement range of a three-dimensional position measuring means in the surgery support system provided with the three-dimensional position measuring means. The body-inserted implement has at least three markers 37 whose positions can be measured in the three-dimensional position measuring means on a part not to be inserted into the body, the position and posture of the body-inserted implement can be measured on the basis of the positions of the markers, the weight of at least one marker is different from the one of the other markers, and the arrangement and weight of the plurality of markers are set so that the axial center of the body-inserted implement and the centroid position of the entire markers get close.
