PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance apparatus for acquiring a plurality of multidimensional spectra required for a quantitative analysis of a substance in a shorter measurement time.
SOLUTION: The present invention, in order to solve the above problem, obtains two-dimensional or more multidimensional spectra through reconfiguration from time domain data partially extracted from two-dimensional or more multidimensional full-time domain data comprising at least a t1 axis and a t2 axis; obtains the multidimensional spectra through reconfiguration from the time domain data partially extracted from the full-time domain data which is a domain partially overlapping the partially extracted time domain data and a t1 axis direction, but different from the partially extracted time domain data; and calculates a concentration of the substance, using these spectra.
