PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an immunity organization dyeing device and an immunity organization dyeing method applicable to operative rapid pathologic diagnosis, and to make them means for saving a primary antibody.
SOLUTION: A sample room 1 for mounting a primary sample s1 composed of a tissue specimen t with a primary antibody Ig1 dropped into it is disposed between an electrode on the sample mounting side 11 and a counter electrode 12. The sample room 1 is provided with a first agitation means for agitating the primary sample s1 by non-contact by adding variation electric field for a prescribed period of time so that the counter electrode 12 becomes minus as compared with the electrode on the sample mounting side 11; and a second agitation means for agitating a second sample s2 by non-contact by adding variation electric field to the second sample s2 composed of the primary sample s1 agitated by non-contact with a second marker-labeled antibody Ig2 dropped into it for a prescribed period of time so that the counter electrode 12 becomes minus as compared with the electrode on the sample mounting side 11. The immunity organization dyeing device is thus configured, and the immunity organization dyeing method is thus executed.
