PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional both-end short-circuited single transmission line resonator in which the resonator size is limited by a 1/2 wavelength.
SOLUTION: A transmission line resonator comprises: distributed coupled lines 12a and 12b in which distributed constant lines are arranged in parallel to each other and are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance; a uniform line 11 whose both ends are connected with ends of the distributed coupled lines 12a and 12b; and a short-circuit grounding part 13 to which the other ends of the distributed coupled lines 12a and 12b are connected. The transmission line resonator having the distributed coupled lines can reduce the resonant frequency by increasing the degree of coupling between the distributed coupled lines 12a and 12b, thereby reducing the resonator size.
