PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate alignment and to obtain a desired refractive index.
SOLUTION: When an optical axis is a Z-axis and an axis orthogonal to the Z-axis is an X-axis and a Y-axis, the Z-axis is centered, a plurality of metal rectangular chips 10 are arranged in a lattice shape with a space between each other on a plurality of respective surfaces in parallel to an X-Y surface arranged at predetermined intervals along the Z-axis, and the spherical surface is formed as shapes of the plurality of surfaces are gradually reduced along the Z- axis direction. As a result, a refractive index is obtained in accordance with the number of a plurality of surfaces of metal rectangular chips 10 to be arranged, the space in which the metal rectangular chips 10 are arrayed in the lattice shape and the predetermined intervals in which the plurality of surfaces are arranged, and a structure is formed through which visible light is transmitted.
