PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure for a fine channel or the like which can be operated by an inexpensive and simplified control mechanism almost without being affected by physical properties of a liquid or an inner wall of the channel.
SOLUTION: A gas exhaust port is provided in a downstream-side container. An upstream-side container provided with a gas introduction port is used as a first upstream-side container and an upstream-side container with no gas introduction port is used as a second upstream-side container. A channel connecting the first upstream-side container and the downstream-side container is used as a first channel, and a channel connecting the first upstream-side container and the second upstream-side container or connecting the first channel and the second upstream-side container is used as a second channel. At a time point when liquid feed from the first upstream-side container through the first channel to the downstream-side container is started, a part of the second channel is blocked by a liquid in the first upstream-side container and at a predetermined time point during liquid feed or at a time point when liquid feed is finished, blocking is canceled. Therefore, liquid feed from the second upstream-side container is automatically started.
