PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiwell analysis method and a stimulation multiwell chamber chip capable of efficiently analyzing a stimulation response caused by combination of many kinds of specimens or stimulants at the same time while micronizing the input quantities and simplifying the input procedure for the stimulants.
SOLUTION: A multiwell analysis method first opposes a specimen multiwell chip 1 having two or more specimen input sections and a stimulation multiwell chamber chip 5 having two or more stimulant input sections such that respective sections face to each other in association. The multiwell analysis method next brings the chips closer to each other with a predetermined space interposed therebetween such that columns 11 of mixture of the specimen and the stimulant are formed in a separated state. The multiwell analysis method then evaluates the fluidity of the mixture columns 11 and analyzes the reaction between the specimen and the stimulant in association. At this time, the combination of the specimen and the stimulant in any one mixture column 11 is different from the combination of the specimen and the stimulant in any one of the other mixture columns 11.
