| Abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface material for a stamper, mounted to a stamping surface of the stamper used for nano-printing by a hot press method, prevented from warping while having wear resistance and hardness for preventing deformation due to pressure contact with a workpiece. SOLUTION: The surface material for the stamper, formed in thin piece shape with a fine rugged pattern 1 formed on the surface, comprises a laminate having diamond 2 on the surface, and a layer of diamond-like carbon 3, which is non-diamond including carbon as a main component, existing on the back face side of the diamond 2 on the surface. |

(In Japanese) 最近、ホットプレス法によるナノプリントの対象とされる被加工物が合成樹脂材からガラス材，金属材に拡張され、表面に微細な凹凸パターンが形成され被加工物に圧接されるスタンパ用表面材に相当程度の硬度と耐摩耗性とが要求されるようになってきている。 従来、硬度，耐摩耗性を高めることを指向したスタンパ用表面材としては、例えば、特許文献1に記載のものが知られている。 |

(In Japanese) 【請求項1】 表面に微細な凹凸パターンが形成された薄片形のスタンパ用表面材において、表面がダイヤモンドとされ表面のダイヤモンドの背面側に炭素を主成分とする非ダイヤモンドの層が存在する積層体からなることを特徴とするスタンパ用表面材。 【請求項2】 表面に微細な凹凸パターンが形成された薄片形のスタンパ用表面材において、表面がダイヤモンドとされ表面のダイヤモンドの背面側に炭素を主成分とする非ダイヤモンドの層とダイヤモンドの層とが存在する積層体からなることを特徴とするスタンパ用表面材。 【請求項3】 請求項1または2のスタンパ用表面材において、炭素を主成分とする非ダイヤモンドがダイヤモンドライクカーボン，テトラヘドラル，アモルファスダイヤ等の非晶質炭素からなることを特徴とするスタンパ用表面材。 【請求項4】 請求項3のスタンパ用表面材において、ダイヤモンドと炭素を主成分とする非ダイヤモンドとはダイヤモンド結晶の組成勾配をもって連続的に成膜されたものであることを特徴とするスタンパ用表面材。 |
