PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which an interaction measurement using an AFM is cumbersome to decorate a cantilever with a biological molecule and the measurement is difficult, and can only quantify one interaction (binding force) at a time, and thus a measuring method (molecule measuring method) has been desired that measures not only the biological molecule but also an inter-molecular interaction.
SOLUTION: A molecule measuring method, which measures binding force of a first molecule with a second molecule to be bound due to an interaction with the first molecule, is configured to: prepare a sample that has first beads smaller in specific gravity than a density media, one of the first molecule and the second molecule, other of the first molecule and the second molecule, and second beads greater in the specific gravity than the density media bound with each other in this order; cause a chamber having the sample and the density media filled to revolve as varying a RPM; and measure the binding force from the RPM at a point when adjacent first beads and second beads separate with each other.
