PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and highly portable lensless fluorescence observation filter and a fluorescent observation microscope using the same, including fewer own fluorescent component, capable of removing excitation light component with high performance, and minimizing reduction in spatial resolution of a lensless optical system.
SOLUTION: There is provided a fluorescence observation filter for lensless fluorescent imaging for observing fluorescent light generated by irradiating a sample with excitation light using an image sensor, which comprises: an interference filter 2 and an absorption filter 3 which are identical to each other in permeation characteristics of excitation light wavelength; and a light incident angle restriction layer 4 in which excitation light wavelength absorbers extending in a thickness direction are dispersedly arranged. The fluorescence observation filter is provided by stacking the interference filter 2 and the absorption filter 3 with the light incident angle restriction layer 4 interposed therebetween. The observation sample is arranged immediately above the interference filter 2, and an image sensor 5 is arranged immediately below the absorption filter 3.
