PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive simulator with a motion for a small aircraft comprising a novel parallel mechanism, having a wide operation range and capable of widening an angle, as a conventional Stuwart type parallel mechanism used as a simulator for an aircraft and an automobile is insufficient in an inclination angle, and narrow in an operation range, in particular, in an ultimate operation of the small aircraft, especially in regeneration of a state such as stall and spin.
SOLUTION: This free motion simulator device is constituted of three sets of actuators 2 using the linear drive actuator 2 with one end fixed uniaxially on a plane, provided with a drive unit 6 drivable in right-angle-directionally in the other end of the actuator 2, and allowing simultaneously circumferential-directional moving and axial-directional moving, and a motion plate 1 comprises the parallel mechanism of constitution of arranging three sets of reception parts at 120° of interval in an opposed position on a circumference, in an under side of the motion plate 1, and of connecting each actuator installed on the plane to each reception part of the motion plate 1 to correspond each other, by three sets of leg parts 3 having a rotary bearing structure 4 in an upper part and a spherical bearing structure 5 in a lower part.
