Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical concentration control method overcoming the point at issue incapable of utilizing a sensor detecting foaming agent gas on-line when a conventional foamed molded object is manufactured and to enhance the quality of a foamed molded object.
SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing for a resin molded article comprising a foamed resin by molding a molding resin material, which is prepared by dissolving a low-molecular gas as a foaming agent in a molten polymeric resin, by a molding machine, the absorption spectrum of near infrared rays of the molding resin material extruded from the molding outlet of a molding machine is measured by a near infrared spectroscopic method and the concentration of the low-molecular gas of the foaming agent dissolved in the molding resin material is calculated from the measured absorption spectrum and the supply of the low-molecular gas of the foaming agent is controlled so that the calculated value of the low-molecular gas of the foaming agent becomes equal to a predetermined set value.

本発明は、押出成形樹脂材料中に溶解する発泡剤低分子ガス濃度の制御方法に関する。

【請求項1】
 
発泡剤としての低分子ガスを溶融高分子樹脂に溶解させて成形樹脂材料とし、該成形樹脂材料を成形機によって成形して発泡樹脂からなる樹脂成形品を成形する樹脂成形品の製造方法において、近赤外分光法によって成形機の成形出口から押出されてくる成形樹脂材料の近赤外光の吸収スペクトルを測定し、測定した吸収スペクトルから成形樹脂材料に溶解している発泡剤低分子ガスの濃度を計算し、発泡剤低分子ガスの濃度の計算値が所定の設定値に等しくなるように発泡剤低分子ガスの供給を制御することを特徴とする成形樹脂材料中に溶解する発泡剤低分子ガス濃度の制御方法。

【請求項2】
 
該成形機が押出成形機であって、樹脂成形品を押出成形することを特徴とする請求項1に記載した成形樹脂材料中に溶解する発泡剤低分子ガス濃度の制御方法。

【請求項3】
 
発泡剤としての低分子ガスが二酸化炭素であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載した成形樹脂材料中に溶解する発泡剤低分子ガス濃度の制御方法。
