Technology summary (In Japanese)新種のナノ多孔材料を設計し,合成し,間隙に原子,分子及び電子による化学的及び物理的ドーピングでその物性を改質した。新しいシリコンネットワーク超伝導体,新しい機構の高Tc超伝導体,超迅速光電子デバイス,等を開発することを目的とした。今年の研究主題は次の通りであった。
1)新しいシリコンクラスレート化合物の合成,構造解析及び物性。
2)β-MNCl(M=Zr,Hf)単結晶の高圧合成及び構造解析。
3)Si基質へのZintl相シリサイドのエピタキシャル成長。
4)新しいSi同素体,Si46のエピタキシャル合成。
5)遷移金属窒化物超格子の合成。
6)無機-有機層状ペロブスカイト化合物の超迅速ポンププローブスペクトロスコピー。
7)分散フィードバック微小空洞のポラリトン効果。
8)光学非線形性及びボソン化法。
