Technology summary (In Japanese)心臓は、個体が生まれてから死ぬまで動き続ける驚異的な臓器である。重症な心臓病拡張型心筋症)あるいは高血圧を自然発症するモデル動物の解析を通じ、この心臓に固有な恒常的収縮を支えるメカニズムの解明を目指した。また、用いたモデル動物に合併する興味深い遺伝子異常についての解析も試みた。
