Technology summary (In Japanese)環境変化等の細胞外刺激が引き起こす遺伝子の発現とタンパク質の細胞内諸器官(オルガネラ)への移行は,細胞が効率的かつ協調的に機能するための重要な仕組みである。オルガネラ特有の機能を解明するためには,細胞が生きた状態で,オルガネラに局在する生体分子の機能を解析する新たな技術が必用である。本研究では,二分した蛍光あるいは発光タンパク質を細胞内で再構成させる新たな手法を用いて,生きた細胞内での遺伝子の発現とタンパク質のオルガネラへの移行の詳細を時空間解析する新しい研究手法の確立を目指した。
