Technology summary (In Japanese)本研究の目的は,微小トンネル接合で生じる個々の電子の間歇的なトンネルによる輸送(単一電子トンネル現象)における新しい物理現象を,応用を視野に入れて探索し検証することである。これまでに挙げた成果を次ぎに示した。
