Report name (In Japanese)スピン計測 スピンSPMの開発とスピン制御
Technology summary (In Japanese)電子についての従来の視点である「質量/電荷」から脱却して,「スピン」の視点で考える新分野,即ちスピンの関与する量子現象を積極的に用いた新世界を開拓することを目的とした。1)探針の試料に対する影響の少ない光励起GaAs探針を用いたSP-STMを開発した。これ迄の成果は以下の通り。
